1. Introduction

By accessing any Services, you agree to the terms governing that specific Service. Your access to the Services constitutes acceptance of the terms for all LoadsOR Services.

Any information provided is not a substitute for conducting your own independent investigation. The content on the LoadsOR Sites may not be used for commercial purposes, nor to develop or infringe upon LoadsOR's business in any manner.

(D) Posting Content on Website

  • Some of the content displayed on the platform is provided or posted by third parties. Users have the ability to post their content on certain sections or services of the platform using the self-help, submit, and edit tools provided. 3. Account Obligations

Before using the Website/Services, we request you to read the ToU carefully. By using the Website, you agree to all policies of LoadsOR. Once you become a member of loadsor.com, you automatically enter into a contract and acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms, which apply to your use of the Website.

When using the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name, Username, and Password. You are fully accountable for all activities conducted under your account credentials. If you provide information that is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete—or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect such information—we reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or block your access to the Website indefinitely.

Such actions may have legal consequences, including civil and criminal liability. Additionally, you agree to indemnify LoadsOR for any losses incurred as a result of any false, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable content posted by you on the Platform.

4. Registered Users

Registered Users are classified into four categories as defined in Clause 4.1 to 4.4.

4.1. Customer / Shipper Accounts

Customers can register on the platform to request freight and logistics services. After registration, customers can access a variety of transport and logistics services available on the platform. Customers can easily browse available transport options and connect with service providers directly.

4.2. Transporter / Booking Agent Accounts

Transporters and booking agents can register to offer their services and connect with customers. After registering, transporters can list their services and engage with shippers on the platform. Transporters can manage and update their listings to provide accurate information about the services they offer.

4.3. Truck Operator / Fleet Owner Accounts

Truck operators and fleet owners can register on the platform to list their vehicles and transportation services. Upon registration, fleet owners can showcase their vehicles and provide transport services to customers and shippers. Operators can update their fleet information and manage service offerings directly through their accounts.

4.4. Broker / Truck Supplier Account

Brokers and truck suppliers can register to connect with transporters and customers. After registration, brokers can list available trucks and coordinate deals with transporters or shippers. Suppliers can offer their trucks for use and engage in transactions through the platform with ease.

  • To become a Registered User of our website, you must follow the registration procedure defined by us. This ensures seamless login and logout access to your account.
  • An individual can register by filling out an online registration form on the website and providing the required details, including name, contact information, and business details.
  • Upon successful registration, we will establish an account ("Account") for the user and assign a user alias ("User ID") and password ("Password") for secure login access.
  • The Website may or may not provide a web-based email or messaging account upon registration. If assigned, this account will have limited storage space for sending or receiving messages. Users are solely responsible for the content of all messages sent or received through this email account, including any consequences arising from such communication.
  • By registering on the LoadsOR Website and providing your email or mobile number, you expressly consent to receive promotional content from LoadsOR via email or SMS. If you provide your phone number at any stage of using the services, LoadsOR may contact you via calls or SMS notifications for promotional purposes. You may opt out of such communications at any time. However, transactional communications related to your account and services will continue as necessary.
  • If you register on behalf of a business entity, you confirm that: a. You represent the business entity. b. You have the legal authority to bind the entity to the Terms of Use and/or this Agreement. c. The address provided during registration is the principal place of business for the entity.
  • All other information submitted to loadsor.com during the registration process must be true, accurate, current, and complete. For the purpose of this provision, a branch or representative office will not be considered a separate entity; its principal place of business will be deemed to be that of its head office.

  • Independent Transactions: Transporters are solely responsible for their financial transactions.

(F) Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation: There shall be no cancellation of payments made via online payment. In case LoadsoR receives a payment for a failed transaction, we shall refund the same.
  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds may be considered under specific conditions (technical error, cancellation within period, negligence, etc.).

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

By using the Website, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LoadsoR, its affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, or penalties arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these ToU will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

15. Termination

LoadsoR reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website for any violation of these ToU or other unlawful activity. We have the right to temporarily or permanently terminate membership of any user for any of the following reasons, but not limited to:

  • If we conclude that the user has provided any false information in connection with the member account or is engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • If the user utilizes the Website to send spam messages or repeatedly publish the same product information.
  • If the user impersonates or unlawfully uses another business's name.

16. Maintenance & System Failures
